We rely on direct donations to meet the needs of disabled hunters each year.  You can donate via PayPal by by clicking the “Donate” button above. Auction

On the Sunday evening of each year's hunt at approximately 7 pm, following the banquet, we host a live auction to raise money for Beaver Creek Rendezvous.  A wide variety of donated items provided by various sponsors are auctioned off with proceeds going towards putting on next year's hunt.  Anyone is welcome to attend, get acquainted with various local landowners, business people and, of course, our hunters, and bid on a variety of items to raise money to help another six disabled hunters have a great outdoor experience next year.
